Mariateresa Maschio
Born in Padua in 1967, she holds a degree in Public Relations from the IULM University in Milan and is the mother of two daughters.
Since 1990, she has been active in the family business dedicated to agricultural machinery, first in Maschio then Maschio Gaspardo, with roles within group companies. These include Terranova spa and later, after the purchase in 1998 of Carraro F.lli spa, in Mascar spa established in the same year - a company in Grumolo delle Abbadesse (VI) specialising in haymaking and sowing machinery with a complete range of round balers, wrappers, pneumatic and mechanical seeders - of which she is currently Managing Director and Commercial Director.
A director of FederUnacoma since 2018, she was appointed President of the Federation in July 2023.
